About Me

I am Katerina Grancharova — a Bulgarian artist, born in Ukraine and based in Sofia. My work moves between portraiture and abstraction, seeking harmony between the inner and outer worlds. Using vibrant colors and emotional depth, I transform personal experience into universal reflection.

I hold a Master’s degree in Textile Arts from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, and my background in graphic design and art education continues to shape my sense of composition and visual storytelling.

My artistic language blends contemporary, abstract, expressionist, and pop art influences. Through this mix of styles, I explore identity, emotion, and the human experience. My paintings have been exhibited across Europe, including The Holy Art Gallery in Athens and the Boomer Gallery in London.

My art speaks of courage, tenderness, and the search for meaning — of learning to listen to the soul and express what words cannot. Each painting is both a confession and an invitation: to feel, to connect, and to remember who we truly are.
